Nat’l Sales Director
Danny oversees Floortechs’ sales strategy and performance across all regions. Danny is critical in scaling the company’s presence and ensuring consistent growth in every market we enter.
Dominic DiStefano
Strategic Acct Mgr
Dominic is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Dominic identifies new opportunities and negotiates contracts and pricing based on long-term value and volume.

Sebastian manages high value accounts and collaborates with Operations to deliver our customized flooring solutions. He ensures our proposals align with customer expectations.

Abdallah Jaber
Project Manager
Abdallah acts as the bridge between the job site and the office. With more than 5 years of knowledge and hands-on installation experience, Abdallah ensures that projects are coordinated from conception to close. His scope of work includes estimating, proposals, scheduling and liaising between clients and subcontractors. His job is to ensure each project is completed on time and on budget.
Hisham Jaber
Operations Manager
Hisham uses his 13 years combined construction experience to coordinate projects, scheduling, and crew availability.
JJ Jaber
QC Supervisor
JJ ensures that jobs are executed properly by guaranteeing their quality is up to the Floortechs standard.
